How does the Vasati AI Assistant work?
Vasati AI Assistant is an executive copilot. You can speak or type to ask questions like "Show me July revenue vs expenses", "Which beds are currently vacant?", "Who has overdue rent dues?", or "What are the room rates?". It executes real-time database queries and answers in your preferred regional language (English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hinglish) with text and voice output.
How does the dynamic UPI QR payment work?
Each month, when rent and utility bills are generated, the app compiles the total outstanding balance for a resident. It then generates a standard UPI payment URL containing your business UPI VPA (e.g. UPI account) and the exact outstanding amount, embedding this in a QR Code. The resident scans this QR using GPay/Paytm, logs their payment, and inputs their reference number (UTR). Once you verify, their balance updates automatically.
Can I import my existing room list via CSV?
Yes! Vasati supports bulk onboarding. Inside the Properties tab, you can download our standard CSV template, fill in your Buildings, Floors, Room Names, Bed Names, AC/Non-AC types, and Rent structures, and upload it to configure 100+ beds in under a minute.
Is there a mobile app?
The platform is designed as a Mobile-First Web Application (PWA). This means both your warden dashboard and the resident check-in portal are fully responsive, requiring zero App Store downloads and running smoothly on any iPhone or Android browser.
Can I set custom rent dates and food policies?
